Referral Terms
We've never had a sales team. Every client we've worked with came from someone vouching for us. This is how we say thanks.
How it works
Refer someone.
Send us a name and company, that's it.
We'll confirm within 2 business days.
Whether it's a fit. If it isn't, we'll tell you plainly.
If it turns into a signed project.
There's a real thank-you on our end, cash or credit, depending on your relationship with us.
Paid 15 days after we collect.
From the first invoice of the referred project, never on signature.
A few ground rules
- Referrals need a named person and company, logged before we've engaged them directly.
- If the company is already in an active Realms pipeline, no reward attaches, we'll tell you within 2 days.
- 90-day attribution window from intro to signed contract.
- First logged intro wins. If two people refer the same company, the second gets recognition, not a reward.
- Contingent on collection, not signature, if the client doesn't pay, no reward is owed.
Disclosure
If you work at or advise the company you're introducing, let us know, we'll use a different mechanism so it never looks like a kickback.
Realms may decline any referral without needing to explain why. This protects you from us taking on a bad-fit project with your name attached to it.
